It's alright 'cause the historical pattern has shown

How the economical cycle tends to revolve 🎡

In a round of decades three stages stand out in a loop

A slump and war then peel back to square one and back for more ✨

OK so the Mars Audiac Quintet sessions led to so many hidden gems, shiny pearls, super cute songs!!!!

This one is for Heavy Denim (from Wow And Flutter/also on Oscillons From The Anti-Sun), YESSSSSS πŸ’•πŸŒˆπŸ’ͺ🏼😎

This lost me somewhere in the middle (forget where, I was β€˜lost’ after all), but overall it was a very nice experience.

Fittingly great review for a great album by the way.

Relatable, the album is a little too long but definitely very enjoyable still.

And thanks, I still agree with Trif from two years ago too so that's good!

Also Ping Pong is such a perfect track πŸ’šπŸ’ž

Yeah. First 4 tracks were all golden in fact.

It’d be awkward if you’d done a complete 180 since, glad it still reflects your stance. I was very confused by the summary but then you explained the whole β€˜sophomore’ thing later on. I’ve not yet heard Peng (just the era afterwards).

@ Trifolium

This one does suffer somewhat from extensive length but it's still very enjoyable.

@Demon

Peng! is definitely worth checking out

"I’ve not yet heard Peng (just the era afterwards)."

That's its fate. It's worth a go eventually.

Agreed Jalapeno.

Fun fact, Meghan McCain once listed Ping Pong as song of the day in a blog about her fathers debate with Obama.

perhaps, I still think this is one of their 'weaker' efforts (although they don't really do weak albums - unless 'Not Music' is, haven't heard it yet).

Cobra is incredible, yet has a lower average and significantly less ratings - so based on this evidence alone, I'll say that one's their most overlooked offering. I believe it wasn't exactly met with glowing adoration upon its release either (or so I've heard).
