"wonder if these guys are still trump supporters"
I swear this is all you ever have to say on my review threads for this band, haha

"I still prefer the first two and obar over this but it is pretty solid."
Yeah, I get that. I'd probably put this ahead of Gone, RtP, and EoS and put in on par with UWHF personally. oBaR just beats this out, and I&I remains at the top no doubt

Pretty pleased with this

Yeah this wasn't that good imo. It's cool how it's heavy but the production really sucks most of the heaviness out of it. Vocals are really good, but it's sad how all songs are very similar, mostly mid-tempo nu-metal songs. Would be better if it had some slower or faster songs.
Also, sorry Canine, got this down to a 3.8 hehe... Really don't think this deserves to be higher than their first three and OBaR

So the band members are pieces of shit for supporting Trump? Fuck off. You don't know anything about them. Plus we are just taking your word on it that they are Trump supporters anyways, but I guess either way it's irrelevant towards my opinion of them so I really don't care.
I'm not a Trump supporter and I literally could not give less fucks if a band I liked supported him or not.

Aside from that, I feel like The Evening Hate is not getting talked about enough. That vocal melody in the chorus is addictive.

Good dig.
Save politics for that 2020 election... or 2021, or 2022... yeah.

yup

evening hate is my favorite from this (and so the alternative version). sucks that they released the best song as a single but i think cauterize and sever come pretty close. i also really liked only fight. it's a nice change of pace.

I think according to him, any band that's christian or anyone who identifies as such is automatically a Trump supporter.

Eh, you're in the minority so it's cool. I do wish this album had at least one ballad because I usually like their slow songs.

The Evening Hate and Sever are top songs here for sure. 'The War We Made' is a song that is mostly hit by the awkward production, it should be a nice radio single but it just sounds so fucking dull haha

The Victim just slays. That's been the hidden gem for me. That and Only Fight.

[2] those are easily my favorites of the album, but Infidel and Cauterize are growing on me a lot (especially those riffs)

You know I could just hear Chino singing Cauterize. The riffs and vocals in the verse sound like they were ripped right off of a Deftones record.

Cauterize reminded me of Chevelle.

Made it through three songs... so far, I'm not too impressed. The dude's vocals even sound different than usual.

I used to listen to these guys at my youth group in 2006. I’m legit shocked they still make music.
