I don't *hate* Hazing Over, it just pales in comparison. I actually am about to see how they are live for the first time this Sunday. Rumor is they play some Shin Guard stuff live still.

Loved deathcore once, and I swore it could be advanced further. Man, that take aged like milk... what a creatively bankrupt genre it turned out to be.

everything felt so organic about this band.. even though they were kinda labeled skramz/screamo they infused so many other elements. didn't feel like they were trying to fit into any specific genre
hazing over just feels like them dumbing down their sound to be a br00tal deathcore band
