These references probably aren't right but I'm just basing it off what I know. I hear both Daughters and Alice in Chains.

not exactly my favorite album I’ve heard this year, but the drumming on here is absolutely phenomenal, I love the drumming in this album sooo much because it drives the songs and their rhythms rather than just following the patterns brought forth from the other instrumentation. idk, maybe this’ll grow on me eventually

Not usually a big fan of female rock vox but it works here. Especially on Be Rad Tomorrow.

Cannot get into this

Yep! I know it from the last page ;) Why is that though? Vocals? Songwriting? Production?

There's just nothing here that jumps out. The atmosphere seems airless, gone. I've also got a thing against those nasal type vox. Dunno, I don't have any one single reason. Mostly vibes.

The middle tracks are really dense I agree, but I think they are pretty unique in what they do. Voices are phenomenal too. Play Dead and Spider Jar are probably my highlights.
(Not trying to convince you or anything Noct haha)

Man, I am downing albums today like crazy. Gonna spin this next. Last week of April has been insanely good.
(Or maybe I'm just fresh out 10 days of holidays without much music)
