I never actually watched the new Twin Peaks, I was told it was ''Needlessly pretentiously complex, and confusing and makes no sense'' by someone but I forgot who it was who said this.

I think a similar remark from some person also put me off for years, but then I watched it and realised that person didn't know shit and that if anything it makes too much sense

well i'm a fan of Lynch's style, i like how he suggests things but is never crass or spoon feeding the audience, but at the same time there is such a thing as just meandering and making a fucking mess that gets bogged down in confusion, Lynch hasn't done this yet in his career as far as I know, I'm going to check this out though and see what I think of it.
was already a fan of angelo from years ago so i listened to this instead of watch back when it came out

by the way if you like that sort of style i recommend the last season of True Detective (or the first one if you haven't seen it but the last season they did really redeemed the show from the second one) great atmosphere in that, just like Twin Peaks, there's always this looming discomfort even if the characters are just sitting around talking or driving in a car on some road.
