I like sci fi and fantasy stuff but this migh just be the most stupid album I've ever listened to.
I kind of like the Lord of Lightning vs Balrog section but the other two are too ridiculous for me to really enjoy even though I understand they're supposed to be ridiculous.

These lads need to remember the old adage that sometimes less is more, this is that annoying band who think 'let's pretend every moment we record is the orgasmic peak of the guitar solo!'
Sex consisting of just a 40 minute long orgasm would be horrible, this band's style shows that similarly a 40 minute long eargasm is unbearable.

I mean I can see why some people dig this, it's just not for me. I'm not put off from trying something else by them though, I just think the sci fi/fantasy concept tryptich may not have been the best way for me to enter their discography.

I don't hate this band - I gave 'Nonagon' a 3, not 100% sure I'm digging the spoken word all that much here, there's an awful lot of it.

Doof's right though, this thing is all payoff with no build up and by the end it's just tedious especially since that's when you have a robot voice talking about vomit.
I actually kind of like the female spoken word parts, I'm not really on board with the singer's vox.
