Nothing ties the songs together on this album except a number of clumsy skits. Fact.



An incredibly longwinded skit featuring an old woman praying is thrown into the album. Fact.



This album's story has the plot of a cheap action flick. Fact.

thing is, i think kendrick sucks ass, and i even agree with some of your points...
BUT, at the end of the day this review really does suck...

if u gonna include something in an art piece, it better serve some purpose. it ok if u include songs that don't follow the main storyline, so long as they serve to further enhance the piece. if they don't, too bad

i think it's not a problem of being non-linear nor lazy track listing. it's just a missed oportunity wasted on nothing, like making a useless filler episode for a series (u seen avatar: the last airbender? the filler episodes are killer)
