New song was a blessing to my ears. Seems like they're gonna go more experimental with the new album

new album is so bad how did i let anyone convince me that it would be otherwise
|
| |
They actually don't. On the new album they primarily JUNJUNJUN and then have a pseudo-proggy clean guitar section in which they layer over any random 70s jazz-rock instrument they can find before going into an even JUNZ-ier guitar section but with a new amp effect over it this time.
Oh and the drums sound so bad.

| |
And the vocalist still hasn't fixed the issue where he sounds like a bad crossover between a hardcore vocalist and a deathcore vocalist.
|
| |
And people have the nerve to say that this generic mishmash of metal and other styles is progressive, when it's Snide-level patchwork of a genre's most blatant elements adapted by people who don't understand the genres they're adapting.
And some people are also saying it's like Fallujah if Fallujah didn't suck but like...Fallujah sound nothing like this and actually know how to write cohesive and progressive songs.
