this album isn't as bad as people think. i personally like Load better though, but this one doesn't sucks. The Memory Remains, Fuel, Devils Dance, Prince Charming and Low Man's Lyrics are my fave. The Unforgiven 2 is all right, depends on my mood. Either way, some onementioned earlier that there are no bad Metallica, and i 100% agree with that. each one taken for it's own is great... St. Anger is no exception.

Fuel, and The Memory Remains are too really great and catchy songs. And The Unforgiven II is one of my favourite all time Metallica songs (along with Unforgiven).

Its not the second. If you pulled your head out of your ass, you might be able to see that. Kirk Hammet is good, but that doesnt make a band good (ex. Post-DLR Van Halen). Even if I was gay, I am sure I could find a better gay metal musician to do that.

I found that i like Reload...rather than load which i didnt like much! Much heavier songs in instrumental and james hetfield really does demonstrate his singing ability in this cd. I like Bad Seed! Awesome song. Id say Unforgiven I is better though.
