i'd recommend giving it another shot man, I wasn't crazy about it at first and i'm starting to love it. there are some really beautiful moments

I like the black metal sections and the acoustic/clean instrumental sections, but all those weird
samples just killed it for me. Really didn't like the clean vocals, like the clean vocals in the third
track just sounded terrible. It didn't seem to flow together that well when I listened either,
sounded a bit disjointed as if the parts were just thrown together. I don't know though, I'll give it
a few more listens and hope it grows a little bit.

I just found this band tonight while surfing atmospheric black metal albums on YouTube and I have to say that this is probably *the* most singularly beautiful BM work I've ever heard. Also, the production values—while imperfect—are far higher than I expect from the genre. I'm listening to "Mountain Soul" as I type this, and I'm really enjoying it. I can't wait to hear more Deep Mountains.
