Although I hope you don't really get "excited" for one of my reviews.

Thanks SS.

Ok Nevin, I'm going to the Sputnik Boss to ask for an enhancement to block certain users from reading my reviews. ;-)

Amy Mac draws another one in. You see her picture & are intrigued... You hear her voice & become a slave.

Looking forward to your review Adam. Don't fall into the trap of going counter-Davey though.

A lack of roughness does not automatically equal soft, but I know what you're getting at.

There are not too many rough edges here (unless gang vocals instantly equate to being rough), but most of the songs are fast-paced. Check out the first 2 tracks on their MySpace. If you don't like them, you won't like the album.

I'd grab your head by your hair and I'd hack it off.

And put it on display at the front of the yard

on a stick that's decorated with a little pink bow

and a sign that says "Her friends and family should have taught her more about love."

I miss lyrics like that.

I dunno why 'Sick Sick Sick' gets a bit of hate. I like it.

Nevin, you miss lyrics like that coz you're a sick freak. Haha. Nah, I know what you mean. You'll just have to make do with some cyanide perfume.

Yeah, Sick Sick Sick may not be the most original song Bayside have ever written, but its catchy enough for mine.

bungy, as sad as it sounds, I actually thought about that wording. Then I saw this & felt that it was good enough for me to go with: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hit_(baseball)#Scoring_a_hit

Their rawest album is their debut 'Sirens & Condolences'. Maybe the dumbass meant "emo" because the lyrics on that album do verge on "slit-your-wrist" emo, but of the witty kind.

The video andcas has posted above is the single off of that album.
