Thanks Ali. I wasn't expecting this to be awful as I think Flowers is genuinely talented. But he can rub people the wrong way, so I guess that's where low expectations can come in.

Crossfire is by far the best song on the album, and its up there with some of the better Killer ones. I'm not making final judgments because these types of records often need growing time, but I'm not loving it right now.

Some of the tracks will grow on you Amanda. On the first couple of listens, I was exactly the same... And the main reason why 'Crossfire' stands out is because we had hurt it before. It's still the best though.

Not a bad debut album! I can't help but think that this proves that he'd be better off on his own though! I wan't so badly for the new Killers stuff not to suck, but this will do until they get good again.

Yeah Adam, I don't think this album will last the test of time, hence why I had to get something along those lines into the review.



EmptySkies, I don't think it will prove to Flowers one way or another whether he is better off solo or not. If it sold millions (which it won't), then maybe... But as long as he doesn't go crazy with electronic music, I think The Killers as a band will be just fine.
