I honestly don't think I listen to any album by any artist as consistently as I listen to this. Pretty much play it weekly since I first heard it a couple years ago. I might put this up to a 5 because this is pretty much classic to me at this point.

Just heard feel it all around on the intro to that show Portlandia. Had no idea it was Washed Out. Really need to check out the rest of this guy's material. I downloaded paracosm and loved it but didn't go any further than that for some reason.
