Still haven't heard s/t though.

Ugh, the self titled is so fucking underrated. It's the only Foos album that is consistent from start to finish. The production is so raw compared to the overproduced stuff that came later and the songs just slay pretty much everything else Grohl has written since.

Yeah I still need to hear the s/t too. Colour and shape is the most consistent i've heard.

Foo Fighters have always been a better singles band then an album band, even the Colour and Shape is a little hit and miss. So that makes this compilation pretty great. The one new song sucks, the other is decent.

all the foos you need..I really appreciate when band makes really good compilation album: saves space

on ipod tee hee :P

Everlong is a good song, "Alone and easy target" and "I'll stick around" however are much better, and both missing.

I also like "wheels" a lot, it has a very 'Tom Petty' sound. besides that a good compilation and a good review !
