^I don't think this album is underrated at all. Most fans of thrash consider this Testament's best, and some even consider this Testaments only good release. I don't think thats the case though. I think this album is their second best album, behind The New Order.

In my opinion the next one is better however The Legacy is probably their classic album. Over the Wall, Burnt Offerings, Raging Waters, First Strike Is Deadly or Alone in the Dark are absolute Bay Area TM classics.
The best moment here is Skolnick's solo on Over the Wall.
