I don't see what's so bad about these guys. I listened to a few songs and they didn't sound that bad at all. This Message Edited On 11.27.08

"... even though everyone knows a Gamecube isn't backwards compatible." Nerdiest analogy/statement in a review ever.

Well written review. I don't agree with the contents at all, because Church Mouth is by far my favorite Portugal record, but good nonetheless

Not really that bad of an album at all. I don't get all of the heavy hatred towards it. It's a decent album, with decent blues riffs that will certainly not go down in history by any means, but an enjoyable, consistent listen all the way through for me

I can't wait to see these guys live. I'm seeing Mars Volta tomorrow and I'm seriously more pumped to see Portugal next week.

My Mind is Gone is probably my favorite Portugal. The Man song. This album has a touch of southern rock that hasn't been revisited since and the bottom is probably another one of my top favorite Portugal. The Man songs....

Don't see why my love of this band makes me crazy... im sure i could look at some albums you guys rated a 5 and make my own arguments but as I said to iluvatar.

i was to understand that music is subjective. there is no right and wrong. there is no this is better or this is worse. it's all your opinion and if i dont share your opinion im starting to see i get bashed....

except you guys give it the feeling of a hate crime.

it's not because you are a ptm fanboy, it's because you're an annoying ptm fanboy.

You know I have done nothing but love this site since I found it. But as soon as I started posting my opinions which are arguably not those of the masses I've gotten nothing but shit.

So

Sorry I wont conform to you Sputnik.... but you need leave me alone.
