nah, too many tracks aren't as memorable. still a great album tho

diary has my favorite SDRE tracks yeah but this is definitely more consistent for me. although to be fair i've only heard those two albums thus far and only started listening to this one recently so perhaps i'm not qualified to make that definitive of a statement yet

I am surprised that this is not usually regarded as their best album. The songwriting on here is stellar and the vocal performances are very inspired - I get those shivers every shining time Jeremy reaches the last lyric on "Every Shining Time You Arrive", or when he puts out those low notes on "Days are Golden".



It is a bit of a backloaded album, though. That's rarely the case!
