This band was never known for riffs but man you could just tell there was barebones guitar work done for this album. Raad is a trooper for doing both but they need an actual guitar player for LP5.
(think they have an official one now if I remember correctly)

i myself think theyre pretty unfairly maligned here. he goes pretty ham on the rhythmic variation so its not like its just straight quarter note chugging. so bouncy and propellant too. that intro riff on man on fire absolutely owns
