yeah, Meg White is pretty bad. her "style" worked well with the simplicity of The White Stripes' music though, whereas Lars' simple beats sound so fucking out of place with Metallica's music. I saw them live at a a festival a couple years back and he was embarrassingly bad. he had a drum solo and I couldn't even watch. you know when you're watching a movie and one of the characters does something embarrassing so you have to look away? yeah, it was like that.
