I agree with Neek somewhat-it'd probably make my top 10

Think 'Money' is in my dad's top 10 songs of all time. That sort of tune.
He probably digs 'Supermassive Black Hole' more nowadays though thinking about it, losing his hearing.

Yeah Money is amazing. Great Gig didn't used to be one of my favorites, but it really impressed me just now. Us and Them is also one of the most beautiful songs ever made. Such a classic, timeless album.

Don't believe in perfect music or albums but if there is one perfect album out there, it's this one.

this album is kind of sterile and lifeless compared to most of their work, is that on purpose? despite how well produced money is and that great guitar tone, it's the most soulless and vapid song i've heard from them, don't really jam this one. and those register noises are awful

man i'd sooner describe the production as crystalline, lucid and fully-realized for the sound they were striving for. I agree that Money has a vapid aspect keeping it from the other peaks found in the tracklist, but I feel like thats more a conscious choice than an incidental one.

lol. There is a reason money sounds the way it does.

i don't doubt it's a conscious decision. i've seen the making of documentary, are there reasons beyond what they talk about in there?
the song sounds as soulless as waters desire for a bentley and using rock as a means to get it.
