good, but not as good as the average suggests. A bit too long imo and I don't think the jazzy style necessarily brings out the best in Kendrick as a performer.

not a big rap dude by any means, but honestly i found a lot of 90s classics and even some of mf doom's stuff a lot more immediately excellent. like i gave this an album an honest spin once and nothing gripped me.
