I prefer the OG tbh. This is fine but it did the unforgivable crime of mixing Jacobs spoken vocals at the end of the T/T way too low compared to the original, to the point of being inaudible.

OG has a mustier, grittier quality about it. I think I go back to it more often on revisits but I definitely listen to both.

OG is raw and dirty in the best way possible. If that's ass then I guess I like ass.

The original mix leans into sludge metal tendencies, and this is Converge’s sludgiest album. That’s why the original mix is my preference. I almost bought a vinyl of this version of the album because I saw a used copy on sale, but I decided not to, because I would rather have the original.
