yeah this is really hard to listen to all at once. but if you go song by song over the course of like a week or something giving everything a chance to grow on you, it's pretty fantastic. definitely a grower.

Yeah, Soul's verse on 'Lakers' is terrible. But some of the beats, and sampling, on this album are great. Gibbs is on decent form too.

These old-young coabs were actually only formed only because the older part of the duo doesn't know how to use the internet. Bishop Nehru and Freddie Gibbs were just working customer tech service jobs, when they got a call from DOOM and Madlib, respectively, and they just asked them for some old beats.
