Both excellent but Ulcerate have a more consistent discography, like half of Inmolation's stuff is average as hell
whereas
Vermis is the only Ulcerate i'd consider mediocre
immolation has 3 awesome albums, 1 near classic and 2 classics
ulcerate has 1 near classic/classic, two awesome albums and one great album
do the math

I haven't heard anything compelling by Immolation, so I'd have to agree that they're inferior to Ulcerate :3 but otherwise it's apples to bananas really.

Immolation's peak is hard to touch, but Ulcerate's off to a great start. Immolation's earned their spot in the DM pantheon, so calling them inferior is unfair when they're one album removed from a great LP.
