I like both versions but I think I like the original version slightly more. The alternative version feels much more roomy and floaty where the original feels more sad and trudging.

Little Faith still tops everything here for me. Why do people underrate it so much? Never gets enough love :[

Those two are my favorites too! There isn't a single track here that I am even indifferent towards though unlike the other albums where there is one.

I think I prefer the more sorrowful nature of the album version of Terrible Love, the alternate sounds more like a live version and doesn't fit the album's mood quite as well. And yeah Little Faith is definitely like top 5 here.

good question. but he sings serve me sky with a big slice of lemon in (geese)

but here it isn't jubilant, it feels more like people being together somewhere

just wasting their time, coz what else right

Matt said "Lemonworld is an invented, sexy, weird place where you can escape from New York"

So like what Sky said

I think it's his place to escape depression basically

Also, in "Fake Empire" he sings "put a little something in our lemonade". All three of these references to lemons seem to associate with drugs, particularly in the use of them to escape reality, and taking some sort of joy in this escapism, even with the knowledge of its destructive properties. In "Lemonworld", this escapism refers to a desire to "get out of the city", so the Lemonworld is likely the suburbs. It seems to me that Matt is framing the slower, less chaotic life of the suburbs as a metaphor for his desire to be relieved of the stress and responsibility of adulthood.

man, every single version of Terrible Love is great, even Birdy's cover of it is good-- it's just that good of a song
