this is up there with manor for their best full length, no doubt could be refined a bit, but there are pieces here for a showstopper

Each consecutive song on this album gets proggier and the album benefits from that greatly. Seriously, by the end of this album it almost sounds like a completely different band.
Servants of Possibility is definitely a standout track.

Generic are you. You have to listen more Queen, like Brian May solo in the song Fate’s Tangled Thread. Lol.

Dude no offense, listen to more dm. That was a tiny sampling you picked from and exclaimed them to be "best death metal band ever"?
In my opinion yes. Their discography was perfect until Aperture Of Body.

Having never listened to these guys before and checking out the 3 releases that came before this, I have to say this album seems like a massive step up in every way.
Their "plain" death metal isn't actually that good for me.

I want to like this so much but the vocals are just so bland
|

lol ShadowRemains, that is perfectly said. The back half of that song was the highlight of the album

feels like a slight downgrade on first listen
still love this band though

Planetary Clairvoyance had some cool ideas, but was a bit middle of the road for me. Jammed a couple tracks from this and am very intrigued. More inline with something like modern Horrendous and I'm here for it.

As musicians they are able to explore any creative outlet they desire.
I am not personally a fan of tracks like the ending track in this.

This doesn’t really sound like anything Horrendous has done
