'elitist' is an interesting stone to throw after the superiority in your 1st comment Baseline but w/e

@Pikazilla: Today I am most stressed I've been this year because of a series of unfortunate events in my life so I can't bother dealing with dogshit pseudo-hipster comments such as Havey's usuals. Gimme candy pls!
@izakaya: I am an established jerk and always true to myself, but NEVER an elitist. Havey, on the other hand, thinks he's somebody relevant. He thinks the effort to find obscure albums is laudable (for some reason) when in fact it doesn't really matter when your taste in arts is objectively kinda shit like his or AntiWarhol's.

I literally don't read anything else than (some of) Johnny's reviews. Where does that place me?

Baseline I am greatly disappointed in you! All this time you have been throwing stones at Harvey's admittedly engorged pension fund and not one jot has been writ on any of the noble topics befitting this thread such as REAL future techno or links to albums on Yumiko's Yuka. Please apply more Underworld fandom to your optics from now on.
"nice rev...who invited Porter Robinson to the technochat tho"
Lol thank you; that bit was originally gonna be a Ricks/Robinson gag but then I decided it would be less cringe to apply a baseless Robinson dunk, this is a lawless cartel!!!

Jamming Pola's first release Meme right now. I like the album cover a lot more than this one.
Btw Havey I found out that Pola has more than one album from RYM which pretty much invalidates my entire existence, sorry about that.
Btw Johnny can you give me some advice on how to write an album review intro that isn't just a "*this artist* *did this* in *place* and now is *famous*" ?
Also Johnny can you explain what do you think is the meaning of the title "Pola Meets Lyrica"? My interpretation: Lyrica is the anthropomorphized dream waifu of Pola, she gives lyricism a human face (and succulent female body [fo-sho]). In music, lyricism, describes the tunefulness and emotion music conveys to listeners. So this artist created a muse out of his/her ideals... That's pretty insane if I'm correct. Reminds me of how the main character of Gakuryuu Ishii's Bitter Honey (2016) jerks off to his anthropomorphized pet fish.

Baseline um I am shocked at this first question, since when have you ever concerned yourself with silly things like that that your readerbase *needs* to know? Set the scene as unhelpfully as possible! Think in haiku, write of the plainest subject matter in one short sentence but with such powers of suggestion and empathy (or plain irony!) that only the enlightened will follow the current of your emotions. Seasonal grounding goes a long way with simple minded listeners, so if you can retain that from haiku too, then good for you. And them! Tell your audience how to feel without telling them you're thinking of them. I love first lines. You are a natural gaslamper and will thrive with them.
As for "Lyrica", she is the ultimate unattainable beat lady and wears a head bandage at all times to make it easier to tell exactly where she is looking. If she ever took it off, no-one would ever sample percussion again. It's not that deep.
