it is time for the quadruple whammy
Athenaeum has a jaw-dropping section middle section, but I'm not as sold on the final 10ish minutes. was iffy on Homebush at first, but it's panning out as a doomier Hanging Gardens and I'm getting more and more into it

Oh boi I want to jam Quay forever

I can see Hanging Gardens but is this really betted than Drive By?

Need to give Drive By another pass, but I find the shape and finale of this much more satisfying than that one's overall trajectory (though the way it initially cruises along is slick - definitely has the stronger opening third)
would take Aquatic over all three though

yeah I didn't see this advice ^ and ended up doing all 4 but in the 'standard' order - but yes oh boy indeedy Quay is bloody stunning

This is also rather pleasant. I like the shimmeriness of it (that's a word now)

Quay (followed by Raab) is possibly this band's peak for me thus far. Anthenaeum is also v good mind. Agreed that Homebush is the dud of the four, if there HAS to be one. S'alright tho
and no I'd rather discuss the behemoth compendium thingy than Aether here, which is also nice, but has less standout moments for me
Aquatic still numero uno. AHQR may have caught it tho just based on the sheer weight of great material (suppose you can't expect unwavering consistency from a 3 hr set of improvisational pieces, lol)
