I used to follow these guys and saw they had new stuff, turned out to be better than their old direction. I already did plan on checking it, but park helped encourage me to actually write something for it.
And yeah, that be The Ocean's label. Indication of quality!

Bangin' review Mitch, I would break up a few word repetitions - "album" twice in the first line alone. Mindpos

Mmm sorry, missed that one. In context though, I don't have too much of an issue with it; it helps hammer home that Passenger was status quo in a bad way. Appreciate you stopping by as always brother.

Admittedly it's a super picky niggle, I think cntl + f only unveiled word usage four times (and all in the first half of the review) so your point is probably perfectly valid. But popping in likewise terms "record, full-length, effort" et al would probably work just as well.
Added this to my 2020 listens anyway - will probably check in sometime later today.

It's some solid core done good justice in a progressive-esque framework. If it's not a 4, it'll be the easiest 3.5 of your life.

And yeah I'm generally pretty anal about repeyerive words and phrases unless they seem appropriate given the right context

I'd say same goes with what I said for Pika; if "Ambivalence" rocks your boat, you'll definitely enjoy the rest.
