"Tbh half of these solos sound exactly like the ones off of Flesh Coffin"

[2]

Riffs/chrosus are almost the same. More than half of album has same ideas. Riff>chorus>breakdown for the sake of breakdown>solo repeat.

Techy psalms>>>>> miles ahead of Flesh Coffin" and Immrtal.

If I've learned anything it's that if Wicker doesn't like something then that means it probably slaps because he has shit deathcore taste

I mean as picky as he can be, he still recognizes the problem with this album; it sounds like Flesh Coffin with a different vocalist and more black metal put in. Not that I have a problem with that. It slaps hard as fuck, and that's all that matters to me.

Mediocre, monotonous album. Good review though.

It is a bit monotonous, but I wouldn't quite call it mediocre. It's good at what it does. Hard to pick any standout tracks though, for sure.

Doesn't seem like something I'd enjoy, but always nice to read a Notrap review. pos.

Thanks guys.

Immortal is more melodic than their previous stuff. If you wish check the title-track or Darkest Spawn, you might dig it.

Immortal, Darkest Spawn and Obsession are my personal highlights, but Death Portrait or Warpath of Disease are also great jams.

Thanks for stopping by mate, even though this isn't your cup of tea.

Parts of this were excellent, parts were a little meh. The vocals go a little too much into the brie section at parts.

I love their brutal/slam delivery, it creates an interesting contrast with the remaining formula.

Looks like someone pressed the button and the album magically left the trending list. It happens all the time around here.

It isn't a Jens Bogren mix, but it still hits hard and sounds great. Are you listening to the album on YouTube, Nomos2? That could be the problem.
