Ayyy I thought I was gonna have to review this because nobody on the site listens to them. I don't love it as much as some of the singles made me think I would but it's still a damn strong album, and CJ is just a boss. The layers of vocals all going off at the end of Hand in Hand is some of the catchiest shit I have heard in a long time.

I think this embodies the radio rock feel but does it so well. The songs aren't necessarily inventive, but they're extremely varied and catchy. The high energy level throughout is also pretty hard to resist.

How did you find them Sowing? Had them on the watch for a few weeks now after finding them on Spotify and checking out a song or two. Still gotta listen to the album. At this point, I can also recommend to check out Breather, which I discovered simultaneously & who dropped their first EP 2 days ago. Very promising band!

I don't think I can recall a single instance where spoken word has done a song any favors. It's not as off-putting here as a lot of other times I have heard it used but yeah I'm still not a fan of the style.
