One of my favorite albums, this is beyond amazing. Love how she collaborates on here a ton, such a web of talent coming together to form a surreal yet coherent collage of sounds and snippets and (quasi-)songs.

Moontalk is amazing, playful chune yeah, but the more abstract parts of the album are just as good. they balance each other well

New one is gorgeous. And spectral. And haunting. But gorgeous!

Like it first go, need to return to it - bit different for her though, lots of modern classical influence

ppl hearing a couple of piano plink plonks and perhaps a cello and thinking "i must be listening to classical music". it's predominantly in service of lush, moving ambient really

Yo brah think people are calling it an influence not the primary genre

It’s still obviously an ambient album

I’d also say it’s not just the instrumentation but how it’s employed, those instruments aren’t just being used as ambient noise or for drones
