"well tell all the mother fuckers who keep saying it's a return to form to shut the fuck up. i liked every album from them and every single including the one before this. there was nothing wrong with the direction they were going. this just seems like it's trying to placate when there was no reason to and the fanboys who act like it was needed can go make their own fucking music if they want something in particular."
and you're gonna call me a kid?

One of my biggest gripes with this band's sound is Pavone's voice, I've never been able to enjoy it. However, this review has convinced me to give the album a shot.

lmao to think I was actually interested in hearing cold world when they dropped pain, the only listenable song on that album as the first single

I actually think Kyle's voice is quite pleasant, when the vocal melodies aren't too high

What in the world. I just realized Tracing Back Roots had a bad rating. I thought it was decent.

I’ve always had a soft spot for WCAR. They were one of my favorite bands in high school. I definitely have some sentimental attachment to them. I really hated their last album, but this is pretty good. It’s not as good as their first two albums, but its about on level with Tracing Back Roots. I wouldn’t call it a return to form, but it’s definitely heading back that way after that dreaded self-titled album. I think “Promise Me” is one of their best tracks to date though
