Tenerife Sea is my go-to lesser known Sheeran track

That and 'Sofa' from his Loose Change EP.

Also, that's actually really cool Vheissu. You should use that connection to draw him here to Sputnik for an exclusive, live-streamed concert. All proceeds go directly to server and site upgrades =)

Doof straight in with the 1. Good lad, I actually think I'd kill myself if I sat through this drivel now.

He's one of a handful of popular artists today that I can enjoy listening to so it's always weird to watch people shit all over him and his music, makes me feel like there's something I'm not understanding

This is sputnik. We treat every pop artist who achieves an ounce of success like they are vermin.

I enjoy Ed Sheeran in a similar but reduced capacity to how I like Taylor Swift. Both are super famous and accessible, but Swift's songs are a bit catchier and more fun to sing along to.

Ed doesn't seem like an artist I'd dig for a whole album's length. I love A Team, but that's the extent of what I've heard from him.

He's a singles artist for sure. Usually better to sample some tracks and pick the best ones.

I've combined my favorite Sheeran songs into an 11-track playlist that is quite beautiful.

this definitely has a wide disparity between the best and worst tracks, but the gap is closer than on either of his previous ones imo. there isn't anything here I outright dislike which I can't say about the last two

I'd say they're all about equal to me, but x has more highlights than either of the other two.

One, Photograph, Tenerife Sea, Thinking Out Loud, Sing, and All of the Stars were all top-tier Sheeran moments

Oh as IF you just shaded me for my first review as contrib!

Thinking Out Loud is great were it not for how excessively overplayed it still is here in the UK, but on the whole x did very little for me, and the strongest moments on this for me are when it takes + levels of sincerity and presents it in a better pop package.
