Cheers for highlighting this sowing, loved it. Love the tone of the acoustic guitar and the atmospheric/post rock influences. Kind of reminds me a little of Bon Iver's debut. Last 2 songs blew me away.

That's accurate for sure, I heard some pretty strong Bon Iver undertones on "Naked We Rise." The beginning and end definitely pack the most impressive punches, but there's still a lot of gorgeousness sprinkled amidst the middle section.

Yeah agreed, nice variety throughout and none of it really skippable

I get how it could come across as boring, just happened to fit my mood. It's nice and chilled, and i think if anything more was going on it'd lose the vibe it gives off that I love. Agree with sowing that it's the soundtrack to walking around aimlessly at night.

I get how it could be boring too but I mean it's not the kind of music one should expect excitement from. For me it's about the feelings it evokes.

Final two tracks rule as well. Real bummer this has a few duds cause when it's good, it's fantastic

The few duds prevent this from being perfect. But at the same time, they definitely don't detract much from the overall experience and vibe I get after it's finished.

Realising after a few listens how integral the bass is on this, so warming and brilliant helping things stay cohesive in songs like 'seems like a good time'. Makes me think I should really pay more attention to bass and drums and the like

Just finished the album. It's definitely enjoyable, each track giving something to remember. First track made me think the entire album was going to be based off that sound that's all too familiar with a lot of post rock indie bands, but 'seems like a good time' totally took me by surprise. Was a total throwback to the early Death Cab For Cutie days.
