But really, what you see as half-hatred, I just see as casual, like a group of mates getting together and playing a bunch of covers in a studio for a bit of fun - and that's the vibe I get. Also I see this as like Heady Fwends pt. 2 (rather than a Sgt. Peppers cover), and I loved Heady Fwends.

they closed with their cover of 'lucy in the sky with diamonds' when i saw them at riot fest, and it was great. but i skimmed the album the other day, the rest didn't sound too good (and the litswd cover sounded a bit worse than i remembered, but the quality also seemed bad because streaming)
