I get a little irritated when some people rag on bands for being positive lyrically. Especially because they are core bands doing it. Like what do you want them to do, scream about hating everyone. A little positivity in the world does no harm and when done properly can make it better for some.

After how solid the last 2 albums were, I'm surprised how badly this turned out. Listened to one of the songs that wasn't a single and already don't like it, not that the singles were much better.

it's been few years since i last heard a cheesy anthemic acoustic song closing a metalcore album, it kinds of sum up how mediocre this band has become in just one year

I really shouldn't like this, but for some reason it's grown on me tremendously. I know it's anthemic and his harsh vocals are not traditional, but I don't think that automatically makes them bad. The spongebob comments do make me laugh though.
