I remember comparing our Last.fm scrobbles for Chevelle, he was clocking like 13000+ for them, while I've got around 6500. I was like "yeah he can have the title for Most Diehard Chevelle fan". I'll take second place, iunno he must;ve had a period of his life where all he listened to was those guys for a good year straight

i mean i've probably got some bands that have 5k+ plays but that being said there's probably a good 15 at least that break that mark. and i listen to like 3 different bands every day

Wonder What's Next is a very solid album, but for me everything else by these guys has ranged from offensively dull to okay. Like most of their other albums this has a few good songs like Get Some and then a handful I don't care about.

I used to think the same, that it was excellent but not their best. Then a few years back, the other songs I'd forgotten clicked for some reason and just kinda connected me to the entire album in a way it never had before.

This album resonated with me in my high school days, and still does. The writing is excellent as always, and the brooding feeling this album gives off emotionally makes it an adventure to listen to from beginning to end.
