I don't understand why people find it so hard to listen to Pavement, even if they like indie music. It's rawly produced, sure, but it's not exactly unlistenable or anything. They were probably one of the first real indie bands I tried, thanks to all the recommendations by people and I didn't take that long to get into them.

My brother has the worst impression of S.M. He just yodels between octaves and sings about stars and galaxies. He really thinks it's a riot. However, I agree this is really listenable, but it may take a while to get into.

I've listened to it again for the forty-gazillionth time and it's like I'm hearing it for the first time. It's still nothing short of a classic.

Imitation is the something form of something, as my dad always says.

I don't see how you think "Conduit For Sale!" is one of the worst songs on here, it's so awesome. Doesn't really matter though, the whole album basically owns.

I liked this album, but it finally totally clicked for me recently. A truly perfect album in every sense of the word.
