Don't come into this expecting a straight up thrash album though. Other than that, go for it.

Underrated album, which may be in part due to the time it was released, but it's excellent for
Annihilator's career. There a re a lot of stunning songs to be found here-The title track, 'In the
blood'-not to mention the two guitar-led instrumentals in aptly titled 'Bliss' and flawless 'Catch the
wind', which all show Waters talent as a guitarist. the vocals throughout aren't quite as convincing
as on the band's earlier records, but "Kill the king" is an album full of well written songs. I would
say it's their best album of the 90s if it wasn't for "Never, neverland".

I know that Never, Neverland is a far more superior album, but I find myself listening to King of the Kill alot more for some reason.

This was a pretty awesome record. The second half is a bit mixed for my taste, but the record is great as a whole, especially the title track.
