Walking through it you tire, hunger and thirst until you reach a standstill and then, you fall to your knees.
You're missing a few things here

omg what was I thinking 4.5/6 essential listening dig=lists
So much originality in that comment Riff congrats.

A Clint Eastwood movie with aggressive hints of realism while Earth plays the Morricone-inspired soundtrack; it’s beautiful isn’t it? Earth has always been influenced by the abstract and different, whether it is otherworldly drones or spaghetti westerns and they always turn it out into something unique that others copy endlessly.
So yeah I suppose I need to hear this now

omg you dont start with omg and capitalize letters. also, you go big number/small number(it's not that
fucking hard). another thing, hawks is never polite enough to just say "essential listening," he says
"the best ever or fuck off!" or something. how is making fun of hawks that hard? geez this comment is
so amateur.
i give this comment a 1.5/5. you should start drinking.

LOVED your prose style that you started out the review with. Very admirable.

i really enjoy this record and earth's post-hex sound. i can understand where people are coming from about it being recycled or dull... but i almost prefer quieter more minimal albums nowadays anyhow, so i find no issue here. another really beautiful, powerful record in earth's consistently fantastic discog imo

yeah I don't care if people say it's recycled or boring I really enjoy it

i dont see the issue with earth being 'repetitive' either, i see post-hex albums as progressions from hex, which i dont nearly as much enjoy anyway
also part 1 > hiber and bee for me. hibernacium and bees both have one incredible track (rise to glory / coda maestoso - both as the 2nd track) but rest of the tracks arent really on the same level.

I would agree since I find Angels I to be better than Bees which I find better than Hex. It's progression and this is just a b-sides that for some reason was released as an album.

EARTH YESSSSSSSSSS
|
| |
Great review but the "sloppily piled together riffs" bit seems a bit to harsh for a 4/5 review, as does the "lack of cohesion and songwriting."
It just seems to clash with your previous salivating adulation just a few paragraphs up.
Good review though!
