Same here, but line is hilarious and more brutal than METAL! because you can hear the lyric clearly as you blare it down the street.

My bro got me into these guys at a young age. Danzig's the man. Not a fan of Graves.

The Misfits are a great band, the song Die, Die define pretty well the album, catchy and power riffs, svage vocals; all in its place, this

album is the third that I listen from them and I like it a lot. It was released back in 1983? How this was not pushed into the radio?

Well, at least I own it now.

Average review buddy. I didn't know you could use "Straight forward punk" in a sentence, only Fat Mike would ever use that line. Haha. Anyways, my 10 second review. This is a classic, hardcore punk record. Brutal, ferocious, intense and ol' Danzig just plain old angry at everything. This is what Misfits were truly about and they've achieved it on this final record. Misfits 2012 can't even hold a candle to this, and will most likely never will, ever.

Also, this wasn't meant to be a catchy fun campy record. It was a testament to what was happening inside the band at the time. They were disillusioned, exhausted and frustrated. Danzig wanted to carry some of the songs to his new band. Instead, Earth A.D was injected with pure venom.

Great album, but it would be average without Danzig's vocal performance.

Gone are the catchy, fun tunes such as 'Some Kinda Hate' or the doomy numbers like 'Hollywood Babylon.' Instead we get a dark, aggressive, fast-paced hardcore album. The songwriting is good, but not on the same level as what came before it. The title track, Green Hell, and Death Comes Ripping are classics. The rest of the songs off the album just aren't as strong.

Sadly this would be the last release from the band. I don't consider any of the garbage released post-Danzig to be Misfits.
