I'll probably regret it but.. listening to this right now.

Just goes to show how much opinions vary... I loved the sound Attack Attack! had on the self-titled album, Franck's vocals being one of the high points. I also was hooked in by the electronic influences. I could give a shit less what the sound is like raw, because Franck's talent was the ability to turn garbage vox in to golden ones. This Means War isn't bad by any means, but it sounds like one huge song to me, and it gets old quick. Caleb sounds absolutely IDENTICAL in melodies and pitch in every single song, and it's too much to enjoy for me. I do agree on the lows though, but they happen so rarely it's almost needless to note. Best song is Confrontation... some surprising complexities in it, and it's catchy too!
