Dude this album is golden. There's a lovely energy here, and it's short but sweet.
It isn't their most universally acclaimed but by far my fave from them.

What I particularly like here is how the tracks grow increasingly complex and layered as the record progresses. The first one is short and immediate, whereas the later ones get way longer and more experimental. They made that work brilliantly.

It builds up so well. The engineering is amazing on this album. That hammond organ sounds filthy as fuck and I love it

Many check out SLS and don't move on from there. Band is underrated in general though so not really surprising

True. I think SLS has some of their best tracks (t/t of course!), but overall I prefer this, REM and maybe even Love, Fear and the Time Machine.
