Thanks for the kind words everyone. Yeah, this album really is underrated in terms of their discography

I'm pretty surprised this didn't have a review either. Great job. Great album.

It's not underrated, it's deservedly at the bottom of their discog.

aye aye Captain
maybe underrated across the metalcore genre as a whole, but certainly not in their discography

The summary perfectly captures how I feel about this album.

Still my favorite PTW record. Not one song on this that I don't like.

Yeah yeah... this and Versions are widely viewed as their "worst". I'd agree with Versions being pretty shitty.

In a way it kind of is, it's definitely the most nostalgic one for me, but lately I've been liking You Come Before You and The Opposite Of December a lot more than usual.
xMalcomxx and Mr. Ron from the forums say this is the best.
Botchla was the first song I ever learned to play on guitar.

I never go on the forums. Too scary. YCBY is really good, and Opposite has about 3 or 4 songs I like. This was the first PTW album I heard.

Yeah this was my first PTW too.

Dude what?
Turn Down Elliot, Rings From Corona, Sticks And Stones Never Made Sense, and Parks And What You Meant To Me are all better songs imo.
But the whole album is good tbh.
Distance Makes The Heart Grow Fonder would be good if the clean singing wasn't flat out bad.

Nerdy rules. Pieces of you in me is probably my favorite from this.

Botchla doesn't stand out any more than the other tracks to me. Horns and tails is the only "different" sounding song, and even that rules if only because of the lyrics.

Botchla stands out so much to me because it basically describes my sentiments I had for my situation
with the girl I hooked up with and hung out with all the time in high school.
I used to get mad emo to that song, and Alone In December.

I think everybody goes through a "being emo while listening to Poison the Well albums" stage at some point when they're a teenager because of some girl or guy.
