This album is so fucking creepy and dark at times. See: White Blur 2.

"Rhubarb" is undeniably brilliant.

For some reason it always makes me think of slowed-down, blurry, decomposing footage of people looking depressed that fades slowly from color to sepia-tone and then black-and-white.

Decided it's my favourite Aphex album, and I have all of them.

Yeah, second disc was infinitely more interesting for me.

I liked this, I hope it grows on me.

it grows on you for sure, but that won't happen if you don't listen to it.

I can't get enough of this album, personal favorite is Blue Calx... It makes me think of crossing a lonely bridge out in the middle of a wide river on a starless night. All the tracks are very inspiring and scary as hell, but Mold was a disappointment.

Great review.

Dark, unsettling, creepy, melancholic. And classic ambient. Aphex Twin crafts something unique and so powerful.

this album just doesn't tire at all. every track has it's own special place in the album for me, the tracks without rhythm are some of the best i've ever heard him do, whereas the ones with a bit of beat are good, they aren't as atmospheric.
