I listened to about a 3rd of the album on Youtube so far and it's okay so far, I definitely need to go through this again though cause it didn't click for me I guess. It's heavy but for pretentiousness it's hard to beat Circle Takes the Square.

True, they give 'em a run for their money, though. It took awhile to grow on me, it's pretty subtle for metalcore.

Learn what pretentious means. The first words of this album say, "Rest assured. This is sincere, this is true." If something is sincere and from the heart (true) then it cannot be pretentious.
The second song of the album starts off with the words "Without pretension" belted out by Geert so that people won't misconstrue the meaning yet here we are.
Pseudo-Old English? Hahahaha.

You can say that the sky is green but it doesn't make it true. Love the album, which is why I gave it a 5 review, but it pretends to be a lot more more artistic than it really is. You're one of the more entertaining morons around here, though - keep it up!
