I'm not sure how to rate any of my Off Minor albums. Innominate is a 4.5 for me, but I just got Heat Death, and Im loving it.

The vocals on this are... meh. But the basswork is fantastic, and the songs themselves seem pretty interesting. Must listen to more...

The bass is killer. One of the most interesting aspects of the band I reckon.

I think the vocals are amazing.

I don't think I like this as much as Heat Death. Really good record though, Family Circus kills.

I'm wondering if anyone has the lyrics to most of the songs on this album. It's hard to find them online for some odd reason.

Am I the only one that likes this more than Heat Death?

Hopefully. This is really good but it's missing some of the catharsis especially in the vocals that heat death did so well. Not that this has to be heat death 2 but I think they were doing a lot of the same stuff here and it just isn't as strongly impacting. If you have this version of staring down the barrel it's just a weaker version IMO. The "Never say everything will be okay" part was one of the best parts but in this version it's kind of forgettable for me.
But I don't mean to sound so negative, the instruments are awesome, the buildups are awesome, and the vocals are still pretty damn good. The opener is my favorite track on here.

Cadaveric is one of the best songs ever written. Ever.
