Deth, this wouldn't be your kind of stuff. It seems you like pretty quickly accessible stuff with fast, headbangable riffs and ripping solos. You won't find that here.

^^nah, meshuggah still has all that. it's just that they have ripping jazz solos and headbangable riffs that sends you into spasms.

Boo, Drum Machine, Boo!
|
| |
Have you heard the album? The machine doesn't sound bad at all, in fact you'd be hard pressed to notice it's not Haake.
|
| |
Yes, I've heard the album, I'd pass it up for Nothing any day, but just the fact that it isn't Haake kindof drops the album's quality a little bit.
|
| |
He sampled his own cymbals and drums with the software he used, thats why it sounds like Haake.
|
| |
Haake doesn't even write the drum parts anyways.
They wanted to have an emotionless, mechanical rhythm section so that it would be a more guitar driven album.

...and me too + C33. I think it works better when they make one long song w/ either a lot of variation or more of a concept-album.This Message Edited On 05.18.07
