I bought this for $10 Aus . And it's good.

If it were a woman I would consider engaging in lewd encounters of the pants-less kind with it.

I'm still convinced that IKSSE:3 is their strongest album, but this album definitely has probably some of the most complex songs in their entire discography, and ones which showcase Coheed at their best. Here, I'm thinking of the Willing Well tetralogy (and Apollo I, which ties into the third in that four-part song set to end the album). They're the darkest songs Coheed have come up with, and reading the graphic novel in tandem with them only makes them even more oppressively grim, as the context of those songs is revealed. These guys are definitely one of my favorite bands, and I can drone on endlessly about them in a discussion, but I'll refrain here.

Just wanted to note, though, despite the lack of a Positive vote button (because you're Staff), you still deserve props for this review and your obvious appreciation of a damn good band (one which seems to be quite polarizing, judging by the reactions I've seen/heard). But, yeah, nice job.

The Amory Wars should be a movie. Major, animated, whatever.

listened to the Suffering 8 times in the past 3 days...strange how I used to hate that song

On another note has anybody heard the acoustic version of The Willing Well II? It was released as a video on NWFT on itunes. It's pretty ill.

Once Upon Your Dead Body is such a good song, but I think the highlight of the album for me would be in the Telling Truth "Jesse you bad boy, just come look at what your brother did to that girls, precious, whore of a body"

Yeah I'd rather have Circa than Dear Hunter...it's going to be insanely epic though. Coheed is my favorite band but I have yet to see them live. I hope they play some SSTB stuff, preferably Godsend Conspirator!

I'm still having a tough time getting over the singer's high-pitched voice.
